This paper explores the use of movies to teach communicative strategies (CSs) and enhance global competence. By focusing on nature goals conversation, study ties language learning cultural awareness. The movie <i>A Rainy Day in New York</i> (Allen, 2019) was utilized with 57 college students over one semester. Students demonstrated a 60-70% understanding CSs based written test results expressed interest using develop these strategies. Language areas like salience composition showed that around 70% needed further acquisition relevant items. While teaching through proved effective, 30% exhibited limited CSs, storytelling, or learning. Hasil observasi menunjukkan salah satu kendala dilapangan adalah bahwa siswa masih memiliki pemahaman yang minim mengenai bentuk soal dan format uji kompetensi Bahasa Jerman tingkat A2 diselenggarakan secara online. Salah upaya dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi tersebut dengan memberikan kesempatan pada para melakukan simulasi latihan ujian memanfaatkan Learning Management System (LMS) bahasa merupakan langkah tepat dalam konteks ini. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan persiapan SMA di Tasikmalaya menghadapi daring. Melalui pendekatan blended learning mencakup pelatihan sinkronus asinkronus, peserta diberikan mendalam tentang online, strategi menjawab soal, penggunaan platform Moodle. penilaian berhasil pengetahuan online keseluruhan. Selain itu, persepsi positif terhadap kebermanfaatan pelatihan, kualitas materi pemateri pelatihan. Mayoritas "Sangat Memuaskan" keseluruhan potensi membantu lebih siap percaya diri Olimpiade provinsi masa depan, mendukung pengembangan kemampuan SMA.
