In this quantitative study, teacher job satisfaction and retention rates in Indonesian high schools are examined as a function of school culture, resource allocation, leadership style. the 276 instructors from various Indonesia were included sample. A structured questionnaire was used to gather data, structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS) for analysis. The findings show strong positive correlation between satisfaction, transformational leadership, rates. Three factors stand out critical indicators retention: appropriate culture. aforementioned results highlight significance promoting supportive behaviors, guaranteeing adequate establishing favorable environments order improve well-being secondary education.
