Purpose: This study investigates the integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into long-term business strategies, emphasizing its role in enhancing competitive advantage and sustainability. The research explores how CSR can be embedded strategic planning, focusing on leadership, organizational culture, alignment to achieve sustained success. Research Design Methodology: employs a qualitative systematic literature review approach, analyzing existing management. Sustainable business practices, driven by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and innovation, are vital in addressing societal environmental challenges. While their importance is recognized, the interplay between CSR innovation enhancing organizational performance remains underexplored. This study examines how integration sustainable jointly influence across sectors roles. A quantitative survey of 166 respondents employed regression correlation analyses. Results reveal significant positive correlations CSR, sustainability outcomes, with service surpassing manufacturing. Senior management emphasizes more than other roles, highlighting need for alignment. Practical implications include sector-specific strategies, stronger leadership engagement, tailored policies. The advances stakeholder theory dynamic capabilities, offering actionable insights organizations navigating evolving global landscapes.
