various

fisheries,
agriculture,
livestock,

that
each
sector
faces

fluctuating
raw

prices,
adverse
weather
conditions,
market
competition.
Nevertheless,
they
employ
creative
strategies

diversification,
mobile
sales,
quality
improvement

competitive.
Additionally,
MSMEs

by
providing
employment
opportunities
stimulating
regional
economic

The
rapid
development
and
integration
of
emerging
technologies
in
construction
(ETC)
have
revolutionized
traditional
processes,
workflows,
management
systems.
Despite
these
advancements,
the
adoption
varies
widely
across
organizations
projects,
posing
challenges
to
industry.
This
study
aims
identify
key
factors
influencing
ETC
develop
a
structural
equation
model
analyze
their
relationships,
using
Malaysia
as
case
study.
Through
systematic
literature
review,
relevant
were
identified,
followed
by
survey
with
147
industry
professionals
evaluate
importance
factors.
Data
analyzed
agreement
analysis,
mean
score
ranking,
exploratory
factor
analysis
(EFA),
partial
least
squares
modeling
(PLS-SEM).

Penelitian
ini
bertujuan
untuk
mengkaji

terbukti
efektif
responsivitas
loyalitas
pelanggan.
Namun,
masih
menghadapi

tantangan,
persaingan
ketat
keterbatasan
pengetahuan

Secara
keseluruhan,
penggunaan
telah
memberikan
dampak
positif
terhadap
peningkatan
