MSMEs contribute significantly to the Indonesian economy but often face challenges in technology adoption. This research identifies factors and barriers acceptance MSMEs, aims formulate support strategies, highlights role of all increasing acceptance. The results are expected provide practical solutions for MSME sector. uses qualitative methods with bibliometric techniques using Vosviewers application. This study aims to analyze the challenges, strategies, and contributions of micro, small, medium enterprises (MSMEs) local economy in Pantai Labu Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The research was conducted through direct interviews with MSME actors from various sectors, including fisheries, agriculture, livestock, trade. findings reveal that each sector faces unique such as fluctuating raw material prices, adverse weather conditions, market competition. Nevertheless, they employ creative strategies product diversification, mobile sales, quality improvement remain competitive. Additionally, MSMEs significantly contribute by providing employment opportunities stimulating regional economic activity. These insights are expected inform policymakers fostering sustainability at level.

The rapid development and integration of emerging technologies in construction (ETC) have revolutionized traditional processes, workflows, management systems. Despite these advancements, the adoption varies widely across organizations projects, posing challenges to industry. This study aims identify key factors influencing ETC develop a structural equation model analyze their relationships, using Malaysia as case study. Through systematic literature review, relevant were identified, followed by survey with 147 industry professionals evaluate importance factors. Data analyzed agreement analysis, mean score ranking, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), partial least squares modeling (PLS-SEM). analyses identified 14 factors, which can be further classified into three underlying constructs: organizational resources, goals, strategy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan marketplace digital sebagai sarana komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era digital. Metode yang digunakan penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya berfungsi saluran distribusi produk, tetapi juga alat memperkuat hubungan antara UMKM konsumen. Fitur-fitur seperti chat, notifikasi, ulasan produk terbukti efektif responsivitas loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, persaingan ketat keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan efisiensi operasional UMKM, meskipun terdapat kendala perlu diatasi. merekomendasikan agar terus keterampilan mereka, sementara pemerintah platform dapat dukungan lebih luas bentuk pelatihan fasilitas memadai.
