Technological advancements in the cloud field are becoming widely used on a large scale increasing activity sectors. Agriculture is an important domain everyday life, central to human existence. This research comparatively analyzes two proposed types of infrastructures that optimize growth flow plants hydroponic system for continuous monitoring, one full-cloud and full-local. The study’s main objective determine which more suitable scenario by conducting seven tests. aims fill gap specialized literature through detailed analysis configuration, implementation methods, all implications approaches from perspective indicators. indicators response time, operational reliability, costs, configuration scalability, data accessibility, security. infrastructure uses Microsoft Azure technologies, while local variant custom-made scripts locally installed services. For both software infrastructures, hardware components identical, including M5Stack module with sensors monitoring temperature, humidity, electrical conductivity, liquid level container. test results highlight offers shorter time (200 ms compared 300 infrastructure). also showed lower costs infrastructure, making it autonomous systems. On other hand, has greater accessibility than security measures advanced. These advantages involve recurring USD 82.57/month. limitations this associated exclusion errors cybernetics simulations analysis. Another limitation concerns real short-term costs. Future will explore fluctuations long-term Additionally, studies different plant species farms be considered.

As conventional soil-based farming face limitations due to diminishing arable land per capita, advanced agricultural technologies have emerged as a promising solutions. Among these, hydroponic – soilless crop cultivation method stands out leading innovation in vegetable production, offering viable response these pressing challenges. This chapter explores the world of farming, highlighting best and most sustainable practices associated with this modern technique. By reviewing peer-reviewed articles from reputable educational journals, categorizes findings into four key areas: types systems, factors that affect their performance, substrate constituents, potential applications agriculture. The current review indicate is an effective tool for combating hunger improving food safety, especially developing countries limited water resources. implementing innovative techniques enhance resource utilization, reduce health impact, create more hydroponics represents significant advancement agriculturral environment.

<p>By 2050, the global population is anticipated to reach 10 billion, marking a significant 34% increase and raising concerns regarding food availability. Challenges such as recent pandemic, which led workforce input shortages in agriculture, have made it difficult for many countries maintain adequate self-sufficiency (SSL). It crucial explore various farming methods ensure that remains available affordable, especially urban areas where over 55% of resides. Traditional agriculture faces issues like poor soil excessive fertilizer use, harm environment. These factors threaten sustainable security, particularly environments. Adopting soilless technology can enhance by providing controlled environment producing healthy addressing these challenges post-pandemic. This review, utilizing Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework, widely recognized rigorous method conducting systematic reviews, focused on specifically technologies, emerging trends crop cultivation. examined conventional cutting-edge production systems aimed at promoting security. The review techniques aeroponics, hydroponics, aquaponics, highlighting their environmental impact, resource efficiency, water usage. carefully considered advantages disadvantages technologies compared soil-based farming.
