Introduction: Academic writing is getting through a transformative shift with the advent of generative AI-powered tools in 2022. It spurred research emerging field that focus on appliances academic writing. As AI technologies are changing fast, regular synthesis new knowledge needs revisiting. Though there scoping and systematic reviews some sub-fields, present review aims to set scope GenAI Method: The adhered PRISMA extension for reviews, PPC framework. eligibility criteria include problem, concept, context, language, subject area, types sources, database (Scopus), period (2023-2024).
