This narrative review examines the integration of health systems, role public-private partnerships, and effectiveness disease surveillance mechanisms in low- middle-income countries (LMICs). The aim is to synthesize current body literature on these critical system components, exploring both structural operational barriers that hinder effective policy implementation. employs a methodology, gathering evidence from peer-reviewed studies, evaluations, systematic reviews. results highlight importance inter-organizational coordination, data integration, stakeholder engagement improving performance. Moreover, identifies key systemic factors such as infrastructure quality, governance coherence, capacity pivotal determining success interventions. discussion underscores need for integrated frameworks align central local efforts, well community-based participatory enhancing effectiveness. concludes by recommending strategies overcome barriers, including digital improved multi-sectoral coordination. Future research should focus longitudinal studies qualitative further inform policy-making enhance resilience.
