ABSTRACT
The
motivation
of
English
language
teachers
(ELTs)
plays
a
critical
role
in
educational
success
and
the
effective
teaching
Language
Learners
(ELLs).
Understanding
factors
that
influence
teacher
is
therefore
essential
for
improvement.
This
study
investigates
complex
interplay
among
social
support,
job
satisfaction,
commitment,
ELTs,
with
particular
focus
on
elucidating
mediating
satisfaction
commitment.
Despite
its
significance,
this
nexus
has
been
largely
overlooked
existing
research,
prompting
need
comprehensive
investigation.
Data
collection
took
place

encompassing
327

utilising
Morgan's
table
sample

determination.
A
quantitative
research
design,
including
