This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand equity, product variety, social influence, halal labeling on interest in buying cosmetics. was conducted Pekanbaru City. Determining sample this study used Purposive Sampling method with 150 respondents. The population is all consumers Data analysis using multiple linear regression. results show that there no significant negative between equity purchasing interest, a positive variety interest.

ABSTRACT The motivation of English language teachers (ELTs) plays a critical role in educational success and the effective teaching Language Learners (ELLs). Understanding factors that influence teacher is therefore essential for improvement. This study investigates complex interplay among social support, job satisfaction, commitment, ELTs, with particular focus on elucidating mediating satisfaction commitment. Despite its significance, this nexus has been largely overlooked existing research, prompting need comprehensive investigation. Data collection took place 2023, encompassing 327 selected by utilising Morgan's table sample size determination. A quantitative research design, including support questionnaire, commitment questionnaire were utilised to measure relevant constructs. Statistical analyses, conducted using SPSS 25 AMOS 24, aimed comprehensively evaluate nuanced relationships between these variables. findings offer compelling insights into relationship ELTs.
