Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) is one of the highest risk factors affecting animal industry throughout world. Currently, available commercial FMD vaccines have numerous limitations, such as slow induction and short-term maintenance antibody titers. Therefore, a novel approach needed that can induce high neutralizing titers to protect host in early stages virus (FMDV) infection maintain for long periods after vaccination dose. There are several T-Consciousness Fields (TCFs), introduced by Mohammad Ali Taheri. TCFs not matter or energy, so they cannot be measured directly. However, we evaluate their effects indirectly through reproducible experiments laboratory. The present study aimed effect Faradarmani CF type on FMDV replication, titer, RNA copy number well humoral immune response against two types inactivated with different adjuvants rats. Two (Freund Alum) were prepared, then 30 male Wistar rats immunized vaccines. Rats divided into 6 groups (n=5 per group). Four studied using combinations treatments served positive negative controls. Vaccination intervals every 14 days three times. Serum neutralization test (SN) Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) used assess changes levels serum samples each immunization. results showed induced replication vitro. In addition, treated under both Freund adjuvant Alum increased significantly compared without treatment. conclusion, our data suggest may provide an effective increase success immunization serotype O. یکی از مهمترین خطرهایی که صنعت دام کشورها را در سراسر دنیا تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد بیماری تب برفکی است. واکسن های تجاری حال حاضر دسترس هستند، محدودیت زیادی مانند القای کند و نگهداری کوتاه مدت تیترهای آنتی بادی دارند. بنابراین، یک روش جدید مورد نیاز است بتواند خنثی کننده ایجاد تا میزبان مراحل اولیه عفونت ویروس محافظت بالای برای طولانی پس دوز واکسیناسیون حفظ کند. میدان شعوری (ط) بسیاری وجود دارند توسط محمد علی طاهری معرفی شده نه ماده انرژی هستند به طور مستقیم قابل ارزیابی نیستند. با این ، ما توانیم اثرات آنها غیر طریق آزمایشات تکرار پذیر آزمایشگاه کنیم. هدف مطالعه بررسی فرادرمانی بر تکثیر، تیتر تعداد کپی RNA همچنین پاسخ ایمنی هومورال برابر دو نوع غیرفعال ادجوانت مختلف رت باشد. (فروند آلوم) تهیه شد سپس 30 موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار ایمن شدند. ها 6 گروه پنج عضو تقسیم شدند چهار تیمارهای گرفتند عنوان کنترل مثبت منفی نظر گرفته فواصل هر 14 روز سه بار بود. تغییرات سطح نمونه سرم، آزمون سازی سرم الیزا استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد باعث افزایش تکثیر شرایط آزمایشگاهی علاوه این، سطوح تیمار فروند آلوم نسبت بدون یافت. نتیجه، داده آزمایش پیشنهاد ممکن بطور موثری موفقیت علیه سروتیپ O داشته توصیه شود تأثیرات انواع مختلفی گردد.
