This research attempts to investigate, assess and test the key factor influencing economic growth of communities around forests in Indonesia. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, integrating both qualitative quantitative techniques. Qualitative data was gathered through in-depth interviews with managers Indonesian forest management firms, complemented by observations documentation. subsequent phases analysis involved reduction, visualization, verification. Quantitative were via survey questionnaire completed 100 organizations, which then analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). identified several factors that are necessary for surrounding Indonesia, including multi-business policy sustainable management. results prove Multi Business Policy positively affects Economic Development Community Forests, Sustainable Forest Management, Management mediates relationship between Forests. Policies regulations regarding market certainty sales multi-community businesses needed guaranteed government.

Domestic abuse with husbands as the offenders and wives victims shows that there is an imbalance of rights obligations in living a married life, despite husband wife are strictly regulated Law Number 1 1974 concerning Marriage. As offender domestic abuse, cannot escape from criminal sanctions have been determined 23 2004 Elimination abuse. In response to author argued, using feminist research qualitative methodology, women (wives) who killed their partners were also victims. Therefore, they shouldn't be imprisoned. This article discusses public perspective homicidal by looking at motivations behind actions, rehabilitation tactics, forgiveness policies protection programs for these women. After careful consideration, concludes Indonesian government should enact legislation regulate alternative intervention abusers.
