The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in reducing symptoms somatization and attachment anxiety adults. This randomized controlled trial involved 30 participants, divided equally into an MBSR intervention group a control group. Participants were assessed at baseline, post-intervention (12 weeks), two-month follow-up using Patient Health Questionnaire-15 (PHQ-15) Experiences Close Relationships-Revised (ECR-R) questionnaire. Data analyzed Analysis Variance (ANOVA) with repeated measures Bonferroni post-hoc tests, employing SPSS version 27. showed significant reduction from baseline mean 15.40 (SD = 2.58) 8.25 1.93) 9.10 2.05) (p < .001). no changes. Objective: One of the most significant factors that can disrupt family health is breaking commitment and exclusivity in emotional sexual relationships creation extramarital relationships, namely marital infidelity. This study aimed to determine effectiveness integrative couple therapy on function, intimacy, impulsivity women affected by Materials Methods: was a quasi-experimental research with pre-test, post-test, three-month follow-up design, accompanied control group. The population included all infidelity who sought help from Yarigar Organic counseling centers Tehran during first six months 2023. According centers' officials, total number these individuals 93. sample consisted 30 referred District 2 2023, selected through purposive sampling then randomly divided into experimental groups. Data were collected using Marital Intimacy Scale, Barratt Impulsiveness Female Sexual Function Index. In this study, group underwent emotion-focused 9 sessions (one 90-minute session per week). analyzed repeated measures analysis variance SPSS software version 22. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the structural relationship between metacognitive beliefs, stress, attachment styles, and anorexia nervosa mediated by self-image. Methods: This research is a descriptive correlational type modeling research; population included female middle school students from Tehran in 2022-2023 academic year. sample collected through convenience sampling. Participants 215 who completed online questionnaires on Anorexia Nervosa (Stice et al., 2004), Body Self-Image (Rue & Associates, 1999), Anxiety, Depression, Stress-21 (Lovibond Lovibond, 1995), Metacognitive Beliefs-30 (Cartwright Adult Attachment Styles Questionnaire (Besharat, 2005). Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares method SPSS Smart-PLS software. Findings: results showed that modified model styles with body self-image had necessary fit. Objective: The present study aimed to compare the attachment styles and object relationships among women engaged in romantic with an age difference of 10 years or less 15 more (with man being older). Methods Materials: This was a causal-comparative study; population consisted 91 individuals, 50 participants first group (women involved less) 41 second more), selected via convenience snowball sampling methods. Participants responded Hazan Shaver (1987) Attachment Style Questionnaire Bell (1995) Object Relationships Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis variance (MANOVA) SPSS software. Findings: results showed significant between two groups anxious/ambivalent style avoidant (P<0.01). There insecure attachment, alienation, incompetence components from variable (P<0.05). Also, there no secure self-centeredness component (object relationships) (P>0.05).
