Mastitis is an important factor affecting the health of cows that leads to elevated somatic cell counts in milk, which can seriously affect milk quality and result huge economic losses for livestock industry. Therefore, aim this trial was investigate effect melatonin on performance mastitis dairy cows. Forty-eight Holstein with a similar body weight (470 ± 10 kg), parity (2.75 1.23), number lactation days (143 43 days), BCS (3.0-3.5), yield (36.80 4.18 count (300,000-500,000 cells/mL) were selected randomly divided into four groups: control (CON group), Ⅰ (T80 Ⅱ (T120 Ⅲ (T160 group). Twelve groups I, II, III pre-dispensed 80, 120, 160 mg edible glutinous rice capsules along basal ration, respectively, while group fed empty capsule ration. The period 37 days, included 7-day adaptive phase followed by 30-day experimental period. At end period, feeding ended observed 7 days. Milk samples collected 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, determine composition. Blood 15, 30, serum biochemical indicators, antioxidant immune amount blood. results showed lactating CON lower than those T120 14 (

To explore the impact of epigenetic modifications on egg-laying traits in geese, we employed genome-wide bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) to analyze DNA methylation patterns pituitary tissues high-(HYP) and low-yield (LYP) Sichuan White geese. We achieved high-quality data (mean 19.09 Gb raw reads, 15.49 clean 79.1% unique mapping rate) with a conversion efficiency 99.88%. Comparative analysis revealed 2394 differentially methylated regions (DMRs) 422 genes (DMGs) between HYP LYP groups. identified five key candidate (BMPER, INHA, NMBR, NK3R, DSG2) linked Integrated GO KEGG enrichment conducted role regulatory networks modification geese multiple metabolic pathways associated (promoting egg transport, ovulation, yolk protein synthesis secretion), thus providing basis for subsequent functional verification.
