Extreme poverty remains a persistent challenge in Indonesia, with approximately 2.5% of the population living on less than $2.15 per day (World Bank, 2023). This condition is not solely economic but also deeply intertwined social and cultural dimensions, limiting access to education, healthcare, employment opportunities. study examines impact business incubators reducing extreme Garut Regency by analyzing changes income managerial knowledge using paired t-tests. The findings indicate significant increase income, an average growth 35% (p-value = 0.000), alongside notable improvement 0.001) following participation incubator program. These results underscore effectiveness enhancing both financial stability entrepreneurial capacity. However, critical challenges remain, particularly regarding capital heightened market competition, which disproportionately affect entrepreneurs remote areas. To address these barriers ensure long-term sustainability initiatives, stronger collaboration among local governments, institutions, private sector essential. Such partnerships can facilitate targeted support broader access. Overall, this research affirms role as strategic tool for community empowerment alleviation, while emphasizing need ongoing mechanisms policy innovation foster resilient, inclusive development disadvantaged regions such Regency.
