The research aspired to determine the effecting determinants of implementation Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies in manufacturing industry, examining how 4IR readiness (R) acts as a mediator facilitate process adaptation (ADP) Bangladesh. Employing extended technology–organization–environment (TOE) framework, method integrated both quantitative approaches and structured surveys using random sampling explore specific that influence adoption technologies. Abstract Smallholder farmers are critical to Indonesia’s oil palm sector, cultivating more than 40% of the total plantation area. Despite their importance, many smallholders have not adopted Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), often due resource constraints. Given this context, partnerships considered essential for enhancing GAP adoption, with women expected contribute positively as integral members smallholder groups. However, empirical evidence on specific impact such women’s roles within operations is limited. This study, utilizing a structural equation modeling approach data from 480 households across four Indonesian centers, investigates engagement in on-farm tasks, support, farm administration, and financial management. The analysis reveals that involvement decision-making remains low, negatively associated implementation. Notably, however, demonstrate significant positive administration income Additionally, study confirms effect implementation further shows an indirect correlation between participation adoption.
