As digital technology advances, cyber threats are becoming increasingly complex and have a significant impact on national security. Cyber ​​attacks, including data theft, system destruction, takeover of critical infrastructure, pose new challenges in maintaining stability. In the context criminal law, handling attacks requires regulations that able to answer this high-tech threat, both terms prevention enforcement. This study aims identify aspects law relevant protecting security analyze existing legal framework, effectiveness, weaknesses, potential for development responding threats. Through normative approach, also evaluates efforts protect by looking at comparisons from several other countries. The results expected contribute formulation more comprehensive policies interests
