Aim. To identify the genes of endogenous TAG-lipases in genome Abyssinian mustard, or carinata (Brassica carinata), and to analyze similarity their amino acid sequences with industrial lipases fungal origin. Methods. Genome-wide search for B. TAG-lipase was conducted out, annotation identified genes, alignment sequences, phylogenetic analysis performed, as well identification conserved sequence motifs functional domains these proteins done. Results. 13 were relations camelina reconstructed. The domain structure analyzed, level divergence regions also revealed. Conclusions. Fungal identified, which are most similar terms organization carinata, therefore could potentially be used increase efficiency transesterification oil.
