Abstract Oxidative stress is the crucial pathologic factor for causing neuron death and cognitive impairment in progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD). As a special antioxidant, molecular hydrogen (H 2 ) responsible alleviating oxidative associated inflammatory symptoms. However, vivo continuous efficient accumulation rather difficult to realize, thus frequent dosing required ensure desired therapeutic effect. Herein, hydrogen‐bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) composites are rationally designed achieve sustainable near‐infrared II (NIR‐II) photocatalytic evolution reaction relieving neuroinflammation AD model mice. The HOFs mainly consist three parts: building block porphyrin as photocatalyst, DSM (NIR‐II‐absorbing pyridinium hemicyanine dye) fluorescent emitter, platinum nanoparticles co‐catalyst. Under NIR‐II laser illumination, acts an energy transducer activate produce reductive situ. Specially, selectively binds with accumulated Cu ions Aβ plaques boosts H evolution. KLVFFAED (KD8) covalently grafted on improve blood–brain barrier permeability vivo. This system exhibits admirable effect inflammation recovering disorder mice, providing new way exploring used therapy.
