Abstract
Background
Chinese
nurses
working
with
immense
stress
may
have
issues
burnout
during
COVID-19
regular
prevention
and
control.
There
were
a
few
studies
investigating
status
of
associated
factors
among
nurses.
However,
the
relationships
remained
unclear.
Objectives
To
investigate
nurses’

Results
310
(39.5%),
393
(50.1%)
576
(73.5%)
respondents
at
high
risk
emotional
exhaustion
(EE),
depersonalization
(DP)
reduced
personal
accomplishment
(PA).
The
EE,
DP
PA
moderate,
high.
Nurses
intermediate
senior
professional
rank
title
worked
>40
h
every
week
had
lower
scores
in
EE.
Those
low-risk
department
reported
PA.
Anxiety,
post-traumatic
disorder
(PTSD),
self-efficacy
social
support
influencing
EE
DP,
while
resilience
Conclusion
control
was
serious.
Professional
title,
unit,
weekly
hours,
anxiety,
PTSD,
self-efficacy,
burnout.
