This article discusses one of the aspects sustainable development -the tourism in accordance with SDG 11, Task 11.4., aimed at intensifying efforts to protect and preserve world cultural natural heritage.The study this phenomenon was carried out using analysis most important regulatory legal acts operating field tourism, nature protection historical values Russian Federation Republic Belarus.Since majority authors attribute purpose travel generally accepted criteria for dividing into types they consider quite common popular -cultural environmental, conceptual apparatus which, same time, is formed under influence various approaches, based on actual resource potential features promotion tourist services territories destinations.Based legislation, conclusions are drawn about degree consolidation 11.4. considered legislative acts, as well proposals amendments additions existing formed.
