Future communication paradigms, such as 6G networks, emphasize self-sustainability, intelligent networking, and secure, adaptive communication. This research presents an innovative routing framework tailored for Underwater Sensor Networks (UWSNs) Acoustic (UANs), addressing critical challenges like energy constraints, security vulnerabilities, limited bandwidth, interference. The proposed system integrates a Multi-Agent System (MAS), blockchain technology, acoustic to enhance security, optimize usage, improve data transmission efficiency. Key features include node mechanisms, proactive bandwidth interference management, multi-hop paradigm, distance-aware longevity strategies, robust cryptographic protocols. is benchmarked against established protocols GCORP, PER, MARL-MC, MLAR, demonstrating superior performance. cognitive intelligence (CI) protocol achieves consumption below 120 J per transmission, significantly lower than existing methods. It also end-to-end latency under two seconds in scenarios, outperforming alternatives MARL-MC GCORP. Additionally, the CI exhibits packet delivery ratio (PDR) exceeding 90% extended network lifetime surpassing 1850 s, making it solution resource-constrained underwater environments. work not only addresses unique demands of networks but contributes vision self-sustainable systems, aligning with broader context paradigms through energy-efficient routing, intelligence, frameworks. results underscore effectiveness enhancing efficiency, reducing latency, ensuring reliable long-term operation, thereby supporting applications disaster management environmental monitoring.
