ABSTRACT Aim This study examines how environmental variables determine the co‐occurrence of Phylloscopus warblers. It was carried out using an integrated zeta (ζ) diversity estimation method and multisite generalised dissimilarity modelling (MS‐GDM). Location species spanning Eurasia. Study Period Observations made during breeding season for each from 2014 to 2023. Major Taxa Studied We specifically focussed on complexes/superspecies groups within genus address this question. The defined recent phylogeny are P. castaniceps complex, cantator group, borealis burkii affinis proregulus inornatus davisoni fuscatus collybita trochiloides complex tenellipes group. Methods used ζ estimations quantify extent compositional turnover across multiple sites. further MS‐GDM gain insights into various impact composition. Results composition we analysed is shaped by conditions. normalised difference snow index considerably impacts with such as showing adjacency snowy areas. Elevation gravity anomalies play essential role in groups. prevalence positive (variations gravitational strength) hilly areas determines differences complex. group influenced both artificial night lights anomalies. , soil moisture, elevation, aridity index, emphasising varied ecological niches these species. Conclusions improves our understanding shift leaf warblers over space reveals mechanisms underlying shifts their regions changes climatic patterns. As a result, important resource ecologists conservationists.
