The Kurdish Region of Iraq (KRI) is home to Kurds, internally displaced persons, and Syrian refugees. In the last decades, its inhabitants have witnessed a great deal political instability, which has led increased rates psychological distress. Mental illness contrasts with limited access availability mental health services - so treatment gap remains high. This study aims investigate perspectives, perceptions, expectations refugees, persons KRI host community members concerning care in governorate Duhok. Attitudes perspectives regarding psychotherapy, such as satisfaction services, effects therapy, bias toward stigma, are explored.One hundred one participants were recruited from hospitals, clinical settings, institutions Duhok KRI. Participants received Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) asked evaluate through four subscales: patient satisfaction, stigma.Results revealed overall high therapy. contrast, both stigma subscales rated more ambivalently.Patient key for assessing quality, understanding attitudes help-seeking behavior. The study aims to assess the health-related Quality of Life (HRQOL) and its association with socio-demographic factors among Afghan refugees residing in Quetta, Pakistan. For this purpose, a cross-sectional, descriptive design by adopting Euro QOL five dimensions questionnaire (EQ-5D) for assessment HRQOL was conducted approaching from camp other areas Furthermore, also involved analysis expound participant's demographic characteristics while inferential statistics (Kruskal-Wallis Mann-Whitney test, P < 0.05) were used compare EQ-5D scale scores.
