Biomass is an eco-friendly alternative sustainable renewable energy source when agricultural wastes are effectively utilized. It has become critical to assess the suitability of biofuel briquettes as for cooking, electricity, and fuel heating. Certainly, integration sources into policies warranted, considering huge potential provide rural communities peri-urban poor with fuel. This research describes a technique generate densified hybrid solid biofuels from biomass waste valorize them. Prosopis africana pod (PAP) cowpea husk (CPH) were combined create high-energy-density briquettes. The experiment involves improving briquette manufacturing parameters using response surface methodology better understand impacts particle sizes, composition, binder concentrations, densification pressures on performance. optimal conditions size 150 µm, 50% PAP, 10% concentration, pressure 103.42 kN/m2. optimum values burning rate, ignition time, specific consumption, heating value 0.35 g/min, 2.75 min, 0.186 g/L, 22.98 MJ/kg, respectively. findings show PAP CPH produce environmentally friendly sources. increases agro-waste feedstocks bioenergy in developing countries, reducing insecurity while promoting management, generation, environmental sustainability.
