The Covid-19 pandemic highlighted home healthcare (HHC) as a crucial part of the industry that faced challenges related to staffing, exposure, and limited access personal protective equipment. It was unknown how these impacted well-being workers. This analysis summarizes data from Healthcare Worker Exposure Response Outcomes (HERO) study participants who reported employment workers (HHCWs): describing their health other self-reported items May 2020 through December 2021. HERO, an online research registry, developed understand experience communities during pandemic. Descriptive included demographics, vaccination status, hours worked, medical history. We analyzed level burnout depression, overall physical mental wellbeing in three 6-month time frames (May-December 2020; January-June 2021; July-December 2021). About 1139 HHCWs enrolled HERO registry January 2022. Participants were 91.2% female, with mean age 41.8 years (SD = 11.6). More than half sample identified White (58.8%). The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the mental health of healthcare workers globally. Data were collected using Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist–Civilian Version (PCL-C), which was culturally adapted validated respondents. This paper examines the resilience of Taiwan's oral healthcare system in response to COVID-19, focusing on pre-pandemic conditions, pandemic impacts, and policy recommendations for future resilience. In Taiwan, diseases were prevalent, with 80.48% adults affected by periodontitis 2016, 65.43% 5-year-old children experiencing dental caries. National Health Insurance (NHI) covers over 99% population, providing comprehensive care. The global budget (GB) payment system, implemented 1998, ensured financial stability. During pandemic, visits Taiwan decreased 5.1% 2021 compared 2019. Despite reduced visits, GB maintained stability, mitigating impacts institutions. generally negatively workers' well-being, increasing resignation intentions.
