Non-Insulin-Dependent Diabetes Mellitus (NIDDM) is a chronic health condition caused by high blood sugar levels, and if not treated early, it can lead to serious complications i.e. blindness. Human Activity Recognition (HAR) offers potential for early NIDDM diagnosis, emerging as key application HAR technology. This research introduces DiabSense, state-of-the-art smartphone-dependent system staging of NIDDM. DiabSense incorporates Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) upon leveraging the power two different Graph Neural Networks (GNN). uses comprehensive array 23 human activities resembling symptoms, DR prevalent complication Attention Network (GAT) in achieved 98.32% accuracy on sensor data, while Convolutional (GCN) Aptos 2019 dataset scored 84.48%, surpassing other models. Background/Objectives: Older adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) often experience impaired physical function and metabolic control. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a 12-week Pilates-based intervention on blood glucose concentration in this population. Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted 104 older (mean age: 70.6 ± 3.15 years; 70.2% women), all diagnosed T2DM. In this work, a novel series of quinoline-thiosemicarbazone-1,2,3-triazole-aceamide derivatives 10a-n as new potent α-glucosidase inhibitors was designed, synthesized, and evaluated.
