Background In the era of rapid digital advancement, confidentiality and privacy health medical data have become paramount concerns. This study investigates perspectives individuals residing in Hail City regarding these critical issues, with a particular emphasis on influence demographic factors such as age, gender, computer proficiency individuals' discomfort professionals using computers their trust researchers. Gaining deeper understanding is vital for development targeted interventions aimed at enhancing patient comfort health/medical technologies. Methodology employed descriptive cross-sectional design, involving survey 775 aged 18 above City. The questionnaire was designed to gather information participants' characteristics, proficiency, experiences information, perceptions safety privacy. To examine associations predictive relationships between variables, chi-square tests, correlation analyses, logistic regression were performed. Results Significant found gender (chi-square = 60.29, p < 0.0001), age researchers 50.14, 0.0001). Positive correlations observed perception (r 0.12, 0.0002), while negative ownership avoidance tests due concerns -0.08, 0.03).
