The subject of artificial intelligence is nowadays very topical and popular in business circles. However, the published scholarly literature reveals a gap no relevant scientific findings regarding application economics business-related literature. overarching objective this paper to survey, identify qualitatively analyse all studies area research with leading nonparametric DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) methodology thus far, as well reveal their findings, map some hotspots trends conclude state art area. Moreover, another goal provide theoretical background concept (AI) methodology. Systematic reviews (SLR) have been accepted an expedient for presentation academic community. Therefore, systematic review combining both electronic manual searches using keywords "DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS" "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE" was suitable study. resulted identification 10 papers employing AI. specific areas AI business, suggestions guidelines future work are provided. practical contributions study twofold. First, presented, second, it provides crucial information research, which valuable regulatory bodies, governments potential inventors software engineers.
