Agriculture constitutes the foundation of Indian economy, employing over 50% population and contributing approximately 17-18% to country's GDP. agriculture faces economic issues due fragmented land holdings, erratic weather, resource limitations. Advanced technologies, such drones utilizing machine learning (ML) artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, can address certain by enabling efficient surveillance, allocation resources, timely actions, thereby enhancing optimising production reducing costs. The use AI-driven is transforming precision efficiency, particularly in crop yield forecasting. This chapter will elucidate how time transition from warfare agricultural applications took effect illustrate AI-enhanced drone technologies contribute sustainable agriculture. enhance India's sector bolstering food security subsequently increasing national GDP through higher productivity practices.

Amid China's 2023 policy shift toward rural revitalization and agricultural modernization driven by a substantial population the foundational role of agriculture in national economy, there is an urgent need for widespread adoption new technologies to boost production quality, efficiency, economic development. This study examines determinants technology among small farmers, focusing on unified theory acceptance use framework. Using cross-sectional survey approach convenience sampling method, ultimately collected 326 responses from farmers. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling method with SmartPLS 4 software. results reveal significant intention technology, performance expectancy, effort hedonic motivation exhibiting positive effects. Facilitating conditions have emerged as key factors influencing both usage technology. Although age does not moderate any relationships, years moderates relationship between expectancy well price value Intention has mediating effects proposed relationships. theoretical implications this underscore significance understanding complex interplay determinants, moderating factors, pathways within framework advance knowledge adoption. provides valuable perspectives policymakers, practitioners, researchers dedicated promoting sustainable sector.
