На основании анализа данных литературы изложены современные представления об изменениях функционирования эндокринной регуляции, происходящих под влиянием различных факторов внешней среды. Показано, что гипоталамо-гипофизарно-гонадная и тиреоидная ось эндокринной регуляции наряду с симпатоадреналовым и гипоталамо-гипофизарно-надпочечниковым звеном играют важнейшую роль в ответ на экстремальные воздействия внешней среды и адаптацию организма. При этом в механизмах поддержания гомеостаза организма изменения гормональной секреции представляют собой своеобразный каскад тесно взаимосвязанных реакций. Изучение этих механизмов и выяснение их роли в патогенезе вызываемых нарушений — фундаментальная проблема биомедицинских исследований. Ее решение позволит совершенствовать способы профилактики и лечения заболеваний, обусловленных стрессом.

КОРТИЗОЛ КАК МАРКЕР ФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО СТРЕССА У БЫКОВ-ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЕЙ (Bos taurus) А.И.АБИЛОВ 1 , А.А.ГУДИЛИНА Н.А.КОМБАРОВА 2  В.В.ТУРБИНА Ю.А.КОРНЕЕНКО-ЖИЛЯЕВ Эндокринный механизм стресса у животных до сих пор окончательно не выяснен.Социальный стресс из-за иерархии в стаде увеличивает выработку кортизола, катехоламинов, может влиять на половое поведение и фертильность, снижать продуктивность.Несмотря огромное значение проблемы для племенных предприятий, занимающихся получением криоконсервацией спермы сельскохозяйственных коммерческих научных целях, нет специальных исследований, посвященных связи качественных количественных характеристик эякулята оплодотворяющей способности сперматозоидов с уровнем постэякулятивного кортизола.В представленной работе мы впервые показали, что результативность искусственного осеменения прямо пропорциональна концентрации кортизола сыворотке крови быков-производителей после эякуляции.У молодых доминировал стресс, связанный взятием крови, взрослых особей возбуждение подавляло от этой ветеринарной манипуляции.Впервые выявлена зависимость крупного рогатого скота уровня эякуляции.Мы определили динамику 11 голштинской породы иностранной селекции возрасте 29-71 мес (холдинг АО «ГЦВ», дочернее племенное предприятие «Уралплемцентр», Свердловская обл., 2018-2021 годы) эякуляции при периодичности получения семени согласно установленной технологии оценили влияние оплодотворяющую способность полученных их криоконсервации.Как молодых, так достоверная положительная динамика ежесуточных ветеринарных манипуляциях по взятию течение эксперимента.Средняя концентрация производителей (n = 6) условиях стресса, вызванного этими регулярными манипуляциями, увеличивалась равномерно дни трех последовательных дуплетных взятий 4-5-суточными интервалами составила 70,8; 91,1 144,7 нмоль/л.У быков 5) старше 4 лет максимальный уровень (172,5 нмоль/л) зафиксирован второго взятия семени, а к третьему отмечалось его незначительное снижение (на 5 %).С ростом увеличивается количество выделенных сперматозоидов.У за одну эякуляцию получили соответственно 4,0; 5,5 6,2 млрд сперматозоидов, -6,6; 7,3 7,5 сперматозоидов.При оценке зависимости лучшие результаты (59-60 %, р < 0,001) дали замороженные спермодозы из эякулятов, получение которых сопровождалось значительным выбросом кровяное русло (концентрацией 162-216 нмоль/л).

The aim of the work is to compare reaction pituitary-gonadal system and cortisol content in two types dopaminergic reactions male residents Arkhangelsk at change photoperiod during year. Material methods . During one year, a four-time examination was conducted (in March, June, September, December) 20 practically healthy males (average age 33.3 ± 5.3 years). concentration dopamine determined blood plasma, components level were studied serum. Based on analysis individual reactions, sample divided into groups: 1 – subjects increases December compared with September (n = 10); 2 decreases or does not 10). Results. In group 1, decrease testosterone levels revealed: both total (18.16 nmol/l 25.20 September) free (3.77 4.29 pg/ml, respectively) fractions. The article dwells on climatic and chemical risk factors that influence health of people living in the RF arctic sub-arctic regions population sub-population levels. Introduction. Sodium benzoate is widely used in both food and pharmaceutical industries. The animals were divided into two groups: group 1 was injected with ml solution at a dosage 1000 mg/kg/body weight intragastrically for 60 days, 2 served as control. In experimental group, it found that thyrocytes had cubic, less often flat shape, expanded rough endoplasmic reticulum single accumulations cavities fibrous structures, significant lumps heterochromatin nuclear membrane uneven contours latter, electron-dense mitochondrial matrix. Conclusion. above changes indicate administration locally (through damage to DNA nucleus mitochondria) systemic level decrease leptin levels and, consequence, hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis).

The aim: Evaluation of stress-protective effects various anesthetic techniques on Cesarean section (CS). Materials and methods: 127 pregnant women who delivered by cesarean section, were divided into 4 subgroups: 1a (n = 31) – general anesthesia (GA) with ketamine, 1b GA sodium thiopental, 2a spinal (SA), 2b 34) SA intravenous administration ondansetron at a dose 8 mg. assessment was performed 5 stages: 1 initial; 2 infant extraction; 3 6 hours after surgery; 12 surgery. Results: At stage 2, insulin levels in subgroups decreased 23.9% 34.1%, while there no significant changes. There an increase the cortisol, prolactin cortisol/insulin ratio stages subgroups. Pain intensity increased patients all groups. It highest stage, pain reduced groups, remaining significantly higher Conclusions: dynamics content stress hormones, undergoing CS under give reason to consider this method as optimal adequate one for protection from surgery stress.
