The economic policy of smaller countries if viewed through the development of the Russian Federation

Subject. The article determines what smaller countries pursue in their economic policy as the uncertainty of world economy increases. Objectives. I study development Russian Federation from perspectives and efficiency common diverse countries, which are closely related with economy, such Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine Estonia. Methods. evaluated how some macroeconomic indicators under changed over time. To verify hypothesis, analyzed documents public domain, including statistical data on developments Federation, also applied a systems approach, comparative methods research key indicators. Results. At current phase multipolarity globalization, Russia’s is proved to influence both coming along its vector, States that simply have borders Russia. Considering single course geopolitical position, ensure sustainable growth. Conclusions Relevance. Those chosen considered position performed most successful way.
