Использование многих достижений научно-технической революции содержит в себе риски, в том числе уголовно-правовые. Однако данное обстоятельство не может служить преградой на пути прогресса, инструментами которого являются эти достижения. Очевидно, что уголовное преследование может иметь место только тогда, когда не соблюдаются разумные и минимальные требования, направленные на недопущение причинение вреда в ситуации, в которой он не должен быть причинен.
