Oral cancer incidence and mortality are increasing over time. The most common therapies for oral cancers surgery radiotherapy, either used alone or combined, immunotherapy can be also an option. Although there several therapeutic options, none of them completely effective, in addition, numerous associated side effects. To overcome these limitations, researchers have been trying to reduce drawbacks by using drug delivery systems that carry drugs specific cells. For purpose, RNA-coated liposomes selectively deliver the ligands C8 (acridine orange derivative) dexamethasone cells were produced, characterized, biologically evaluated. Curcumin, derived from Curcuma longa, is a widely used natural compound in anticancer treatments. Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs), significant class of nanomaterials known for their unique physicochemical properties, serve as effective carriers curcumin. This allows the utilization curcumin's antitumor capabilities while overcoming its conventional drawbacks low aqueous solubility and instability under physiological conditions. In current study, SWCNTs were cultivated without hydrogen gas, utilizing Fe-Mo/Al2O3 catalyst. Once prepared by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) method ideal conditions, they combined with Various techniques, including Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), UV–Vis, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Raman, X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), employed to characterize system. The quality SWCNT was determined ID/IG ratio Raman spectroscopy. DLS technique revealed that ζ-potential SWCNT-Cur approximately −13.9 −25.5 mV, respectively. Nano-formulation had loading capacity 14/87 %. rate hemolysis caused less than 10 %, high cell viability observed HFF-2 cells following MTT test indicates safety Nano-formulation. Gastric cancer (GC) has high incidence rates and constitutes a common cause of mortality.
