In this study, the effect of lead acetate (PbAc) and sinapic acid (SNP) administration on oxidative stress, apoptosis, inflammation, sperm quality histopathology in testicular tissue rats was tried to be determined. PbAc administered at a dose 30 mg/kg/bw for 7 days induce toxicity rats. Oral doses 5 10 SNP were after administration. Arsenic is a toxic environmental pollutant heavy metal, and one of its critical target tissues in the body liver. Carvacrol natural phytocompound that stands out with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiapoptotic properties. The current study aims to investigate protective feature carvacrol against sodium arsenite-induced liver toxicity. Thirty-five Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into five groups: Control, Sodium arsenite (SA), CRV, SA + CRV25, CRV50. was administered via oral gavage at dose 10 mg/kg for 14 days, 30 min later, CRV 25 or 50 gavage. Oxidative stress, inflammation, apoptosis, autophagy damage pathways parameters, tissue integrity analyzed using biochemical, molecular, western blot, histological, immunohistological methods. decreased oxidative stress by suppressing malondialdehyde levels increasing superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase activities, levels. reduced inflammation reducing increased NF-κB cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, RAGE, NLRP3) it stimulates. also autophagic (Beclin-1, LC3A, LC3B) apoptotic (P53, Apaf-1, Casp-3, Casp-6, Casp-9, Bax) parameters. preserved impaired structure. alleviated increases parameters rat tissues. beneficial preserving integrity.

Abstract Oxaliplatin (OXL) is a significant therapy agent for the worldwide increase in cancer cases. Naringin (4′,5,7‐trihydroxy flavonon 7‐rhamnoglucoside, NRG) has wide range of biological and pharmacological activities, including antioxidant anti‐inflammatory potentials. This research aimed to investigate NRG activity OXL‐induced hepatorenal toxicity. Accordingly, OXL (4 mg/kg b.w.) 5% glucose was injected intraperitoneally on first, second, fifth, sixth days, (50 100 given orally 30 min before treatment. Biochemical, genetic, histological methods were utilized function tests, oxidant/antioxidant status, inflammation, apoptosis, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress pathways kidney liver tissues. Administration demonstrated an effect by increasing activities reduced enzymes (superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase) decreasing elevated lipid peroxidation parameter malondialdehyde levels. Nuclear factor‐κB, tumor necrosis factor‐α, interleukin‐1β, inducible nitric oxide synthase levels increased administered groups but NRG‐treated groups. In OXL‐administered groups, apoptosis‐inducing factors Caspase‐3 B‐cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl‐2)‐associated X protein levels, while elevating antiapoptotic factor Bcl‐2 triggered prolonged ER parameters activating transcription 6, kinase R‐like kinase, inositol‐requiring enzyme 1α, glucose‐regulated 78. Therefore, with administration, this level decreased. Abstract Tramadol (TRM) is a synthetic opioid analgesic that acts on the central nervous system and used to treat moderate or severe pain. However, incidence of its abuse increasing. Rosmarinic acid (RA) natural flavonoid known for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective properties. In this study, we determined ameliorative effects RA against TRM-induced neurotoxicity. Thirty​​​​​​​ five rats were divided into 5 groups; control, RA, TRM, TRM + RA25 RA50. 50 mg/kg was administered intraperitoneally, 25 doses by oral gavage 14 days. Water Maze Test (WMT) performed assess cognitive function. Oxidative stress, inflammation, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) apoptosis damage pathways, glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) activities in brain hippocampus tissues. The structural functional integrity tissues also analyzed. decreased increased ​​​​​​​oxidative ER apoptotic levels. addition, it improved neuronal survival activity bringing BDNF GFAP closer normal tissue. restored properties disrupted tramadol.
