Abstract The preparation of biodegradable scaffolds loaded with cells and cytokine is a feature tissue‐engineered skin. IPSCs‐based skin treatment for wound repair worth exploring. Healthy human fibroblasts were collected reprogrammed into iPSCs. After gene modification induction, CK19 + /Integrinβ1 /CD200 VEGF 165 gene‐modified iPS‐HFSCs GFP obtained identified by combination immunofluorescence RT‐qPCR. Astragalus polysaccharide‐containing 3D printed degradable prepared co‐cultured , the biocompatibility spatial structure was analysed cell counting kit‐8 (CCK8) assay scanning electron microscopy. Finally, transplanted onto dorsal trauma nude mice, effect on regenerative total defects evaluated histology, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, RT‐qPCR, in vivo three‐dimensional reconstruction under two‐photon close to morphology phenotype human‐derived hair follicle stem cells, obtained. surface scaffold containing 200 μg/mL astragalus polysaccharide enriched honeycomb‐like meshwork, which more conducive proliferation resulting cells. transplantation, combined assays showed that it promoted early vascularization, collagen regeneration accelerated repair. compounded can directly indirectly participate vascular, collagen, skin, achieving complete structural functional

Extracellular vesicle (EV)-based therapies have emerged as a promising means in regenerative medicine. However, the conventional EV therapy strategy displays some limitations, such inefficient production and lack of tissue-specific repair effects. Here, it is reported that neonatal-tissue-derived (NEXT) potent for precision tissue repair. In brief, large amounts EVs with higher yield/purity can be readily isolated from desired tissues less time/cost compared to cell-culture-based method. Moreover, source factors, age type, affect efficacy tissue-derived different injury models (skin wounds acute kidney injury), show superior potency adult-tissue-derived EVs. Different age- or tissue-type-derived distinct composition (e.g., protein) signatures are likely due diverse metabolic patterns donor tissues, which may contribute specific action modes NEXT types injury. Furthermore, incorporated bioactive materials advanced This study highlights provide new avenue many

In recent years, skin aging has received increasing attention. Many factors affect aging, and research shown that metabolism plays a vital role in but there needs to be more systematic review. This article reviews the interaction between from perspectives of glucose, protein, lipid explores relevant strategies for regulation. We found affects three major substances, which are lipids, substances also process aging. Some drugs or compounds can regulate metabolic disorders mentioned above exert anti-aging effects. Currently, variety products, most them focus on improving collagen levels. Skin is closely related metabolism, they interact with each other. Regulating specific an important strategy. Research development have focused levels, while regulation other glycosylation including key membrane cytoskeleton proteins relatively rare. Further expected.

Abstract Skin is a complex ecosystem colonized by millions of microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, and viruses. microbiota believed to exert critical functions in maintaining host skin health. Profiling the structure microbial community first step overview ecosystem. However, composition highly individualized extremely complex. To explore fundamental factors driving complexity ecosystem, namely selection pressures, we review present studies on microbiome from perspectives ecology. This summarizes following: (1) substances/nutrients cutaneous ecological environment that are derived environment, highlighting their proposed function microbiota; (2) features dominant commensals occupy niches, through self-adaptation microbe–microbe interactions; (3) how microbes, structures or bioactive molecules, reshape phenotypes, immunity, maintenance physiology such as pH hydration, ultraviolet (UV) protection, odor production, wound healing. aims re-examine host–microbe interactions hopefully give new inspiration this field.

Amino acids are an essential group of compounds involved in protein synthesis and various metabolic immune reactions the human body. Chinese jujubes (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) important fruit medicinal plant which native to China have been introduced into around 50 countries. However, systematic research on composition content diversity amino jujube is still lacking. In this experiment, acid contents dominant 161 cultivars were determined by HPLC. Of twenty-one kinds detected, a total fourteen eight relatively high, including five (threonine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine) three nonessential (glycine, alanine, proline). remaining six low (aspartic acid, glutamic histidine, serine, arginine, tryptophan). Therefore, primary used as index evaluate varieties. Proline accounts for 56.8% among acids. The most varieties was 1-1.5 g/100 g, highest 'Zaoqiangmalianzao' 2.356 g. average proline 6.01-14.84 times that other seven According WHO/FAO revised model spectrum ideal humans, 19 met E/T (essential acids/total acids) standard, their values ranged from 35% 45%; 12 meet E/NE (non-essential ≥ 60%. All reached requirement BC (branched-chain acids)/E 40% with 15 over 68%. One hundred fifty-seven reach standard BC/A (aromatic ≈ 3.0~3.5. ratio coefficient analysis showed phenylalanine first limiting all cultivars. SRC (the score coefficient) 134 between 50% 70%, indicating fruits high nutritional value terms Based principal component comprehensive ranking value, top screened ones tested, i.e., 'Tengzhouchanghongzao', 'Xinzhengxiaoyuanzao', 'Hanguowudeng', 'Xuputiansuanzao', 'Lichengxiaozao'. This study established, firstly, complete basic data could be select germplasm resources suitable developing functional food, provide theoretical support utilization jujubes.

Syzygium cumini L. is an evergreen tree belonging to family Myrtaceae, employed for different traditional uses like diabetes, inflammation, and fever. The current study aimed compare the chemical compositions of essential oils (EOs) isolated from organs (leaves (Scl), fruits (Scf), seeds (Scs), bark (Scb)) using a GC/MS analysis. Also, chemometric analysis was applied explore main similarities differences among Principal Component Analysis (PCA) hierarchal cluster (HCA). Furthermore, in vitro antiaging activities were investigated via anti-collagenase, anti-elastase, anti-hyaluronidase assays. GC-MS revealed 82 compounds representing 92.13%, 99.42%, 100%, 92.97% Scl, Scf, Scs, Scb, respectively. predominant components α-pinene, β-pinene, (E)-β-caryophyllene, α-caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide, α-humulene epoxide II with variable percentages. All EOs positioned on positive PC1, except which negative side separate quadrant. HCA dendrogram displayed closeness Scl not clearly recognized PCA score plot. Moreover, Scs totally discriminated other parts. showed superior activities. Thus, S. should be considered cosmetic preparations retard skin aging manifestations.

Mesenchymal stem cell exosomes (MSC-Exos) are a type of vesicle with biological function secreted by mesenchymal cells (MSCs). In tissue repair, MSC-Exos more effective than MSCs, and they can be used as cell-free alternative therapy to MSCs. This therapeutic system has stable membrane structure that is coated proteins, miRNAs, mRNA, lncRNA, DNA, other macromolecular active substances. These molecules have powerful effect on regeneration. regulate the target through direct recognition, fusion, secretion communication mediators. Skin wound healing consists mainly blood coagulation, inflammation response, proliferation, remodeling. By regulating four stages healing, effectively reduce inflammation, immune promote enhanced migration angiogenesis remodeling, thus shortening time reducing scar formation.
