Women undergoing treatment for breast cancer require frequent clinic visits maintenance of therapy. Objective Quality of life (QoL) in breast cancer patients is still an important topic. Despite numerous quantitative scales, qualitative studies can help to in-depth understand the QoL patients. The purpose this systematic review was integrate on women with cancer. Methods A literature search performed electronic databases including PubMed, Scopus, and Web Science from January 1, 2010 until June 28, 2022 find out assessing patient’s QoL. Two authors independently evaluated methodological quality according consolidated criteria for reporting research (COREQ) checklist. Data were extracted reported by themes cancer-free metastatic separately. Results In all, 1565 citations retrieved. After removing 1387 duplicate irrelevant papers, full texts 27 articles reviewed finally, 9 eligible evaluation. checking citations, all gained required score. examining merging similar topics, nine major extracted. Introduction: COVID-19 has widely affected the health and care of people with chronic diseases, especially those breast cancer. Because status women cancer in Iran been unknown during outbreak, we aimed to explore challenges related Iranian this pandemic. Methods: Using qualitative content analysis design, 31 semi-structured face-to-face interviews were conducted from September 2020 January 2021, purposefully selected participants including 17 cancer, 7 health-care providers, family caregivers. Data analyzed using conventional analysis. Associations between Psychological Resilience and Social Support with Posttraumatic Growth in Breast Cancer Patients: A Cross-Sectional Study DOI

This cross-sectional study examined the associations of psychological resilience, perceived social support, and posttraumatic growth (PTG) in breast cancer (BC) patients (N = 203). The participants' mean age was 43.14 ± 9.06, 80.3% were married, 40.9% had a university degree, 61.6% unemployed, 72.4% reported moderate economic status. No significant correlation found between PTG while positive observed support. A weak also detected support resilience. Professionals working field psycho-oncology work can make attempts to increase BC patients.

Abstract Background: Cancer during the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has changed, leading to challenges in management of two serious health conditions cancer and COVID-19. This study was conducted explore experiences care among hospitalized patients with oncology nurses COVID-19 environment. Materials Methods: descriptive qualitative included interviews nurses. Observations field notes were recorded. In this study, we purposively recruited 11 10 from a tertiary referral hospital affiliated Tabriz University Medical Sciences, northwest Iran. Face-to-face between June July 2021. The recorded, transcribed verbatim, open-coded, analyzed thematically. All these steps managed using MAXQDA 10. Results: Three themes generated regarding patients’ nurses’ pandemic: 1) feeling scared neglected, 2) appearance fundamental changes all aspects life, 3) facing beyond routine care. Conclusions: demonstrates “vulnerable” population pandemic. Understanding frontline healthcare providers unprecedented time can help provide guidance support for policymakers evidence-informed decision-making era.

COVID-19 was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11th, 2020. Global social lockdowns were instigated to reduce spread and prevent health-services from becoming overwhelmed. Since the onset of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, health services for breast cancer (BC) have been disrupted. Our scoping review examines impact COVID-19 pandemic on BC services, outcomes, and well-being women. Additionally, this identifies social inequalities specific to during pandemic. Using Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses extension reviews guidelines, literature search was conducted using scientific databases starting from March 2020 through November 2021.
