Abstract Purpose Breast cancer (BC) survivors are increasingly interested in learning about healthy lifestyles to reduce the risk of BC recurrence and mortality. Cancer patients are at a high risk for COVID infection and its corresponding impacts on treatment delay, social isolation, psychological distress. Hispanic breast cancer may be more vulnerable due to lack of resources language barriers, widening disparities in care. This qualitative study explored the challenges obstacles care during pandemic among 27 females from United States–Mexico border region. Data were collected via individual in-depth interviews analyzed using thematic analysis. The majority participants interviewed Spanish. More than half (55.6%, n = 15) diagnosed with within prior year interview. The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a lapse routine health care and cancer screenings for many individuals. This study sought to improve our understanding of the impact on women being treated breast cancer, both general, specifically related their diagnosis.Semi-structured interviews were conducted between August 2021 February 2022 with who receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy early-stage at Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center Columbus, Ohio. Interviews recorded transcribed verbatim. Transcripts coded using deductive dominant thematic analysis inductive coding that allowed categorization data as well identification emergent themes.Data collected from 19 revealed posed important challenges patients including fear infection feelings isolation. The dynamics of the COVID-19 pandemic have significantly changed since its initial outbreak. This study aimed to investigate quality life (QoL) patients with cancer receiving chemotherapy in specific context Thailand during pandemic. A cross-sectional was conducted 415 cancer. Instruments used were a demographic and clinical characteristics form, Edmonton Symptom Assessment Scale (cancer symptom burden), Strategies Used by People Promote Health (self-care self-efficacy), Thai version Brief Form WHO Quality Life Assessment. Data analyzed using descriptive inferential statistics. participants had an average age 56 years. They reported moderate level QoL across all domains for overall results multiple linear regression model indicated that positive self-care self-efficacy, being married, having health insurance, stage chemotherapy, reduced burden significant predictors (adjusted R2 = 0.4940). Positive self-efficacy also emerged as primary predictor, positively influencing (p < 0.001).
