The COVID-19 pandemic represented a significant challenge to higher education and forced academic institutions worldwide abruptly shift remote teaching. Higher are continuously confronted with the difficulties of creating satisfactory online learning experiences that adhere new norms. This paper presents study concerning perceptions quality efficiency educational process in distance at Instituto Politécnico Nacional Mexico during pandemic. data analysis identified level satisfaction separately for students professors lived experience future models. Abstract This systematic literature review of 36 peer-reviewed empirical articles outlines eight strategies used by higher education lecturers and students to maintain educational continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic since January 2020. The findings show that students’ online access positive coping could not eradicate their infrastructure home environment challenges. Lecturers’ learning equity made resources available asynchronously, but having did imply effectively self-direct learning. Lecturers designed classroom replication, practical skills training, assessment integrity, student engagement boost quality, who ineffective participation had poor engagement. These indicate need develop more dexterity for adapting manoeuvring across different teaching modalities. How these competencies be developed in are discussed.

Motivated by the rapid development and application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education needs language learners during COVID-19 pandemic, an AI-enabled English learning (AIELL) system featuring authentic ubiquitous for acquisition vocabulary grammar as a second (L2) was developed. The aim this study to present developmental process methods used design, develop, evaluate, validate AIELL distil key design features contexts. There were 20 participants tests, with three interviewees study. Mixed research employed analyse data, including demonstration test, usability interview. quantitative qualitative data collected analysed affirmed validity helped identify areas further improvements desired features. The increasing prevalence of technology in educational settings, driven by advancements digital tools and changing pedagogical paradigms, has made its integration vital, particularly business education, to prepare students for success dynamic environments. pandemic further accelerated the adoption flexible learning modalities, emphasizing necessity increased adaptability resilience traditional environments, underscoring technology's indispensable role education. research methodology involves a quantitative descriptive design, utilizing surveys administered twenty-nine (29) faculty members Negros Oriental State University, Main Campus 1. study used statistics structural equation modeling. findings indicate strong agreement among respondents regarding usefulness ease teaching contexts, with mean scores reflecting high levels across various statements. Notably, instructors perceived as highly useful generally find easy use. However, cognitive challenges associated are acknowledged, concerning mental effort required. reveals widespread instructional purposes respondents, video conferencing, management systems, collaboration platforms being most commonly tools. Furthermore, analysis relationship between engagement utilization suggests that use do not significantly impact settings. recommendation is establish committees, implement clear standards, invest infrastructure, offer innovation incentives, foster openness avoid hesitancy, integrate into curriculum facilitate online collaboration, emphasize data privacy, build community partnerships, prioritize continuous evaluation.
