Rapid urbanisation has generated numerous environmental consequences, particularly regarding open space fragmentation. Open fragmentation is the transformation of from a state homogeneity, integration, and continuity to heterogeneity, division, incoherence. Nevertheless, one main obstacle understanding this issue how address spatial heterogeneity impact on Thus, paper provides comprehensive framework for mechanistic associations between in Hong Kong’s built-up area. The results illustrate that both index values are noticeably higher dense urban areas. Land urbanisation, represented by percentage construction land total land, highest explanatory power differentiation fragmentation, followed social population factors. Furthermore, relational interrelations drivers bivariate nonlinear enhancement interactions. Social have strongest interaction use form largest internal form. Based initial planning, an adaptation outcome population, factors, self-organisation phenomenon been further emphasised historical process. These insights significantly enrich our affects provide valuable guidance better strategies.

Worldwide, due to rapid urbanization, the provision of urban green spaces (UGSs) has become a primary goal planning. As such, research on benefits, effects, and challenges UGSs gained widespread attention among scholars. This paper comprehensively analyzes three decades UGS its evolution; it conducts bibliometric analysis approximately 4000 articles reviews from Web Science platform discover patterns trends characterizing over time. We found that pioneers initial were United States Canada, whereas recently European Union China have global engines in field. initially focused studying forests, gradually shifting toward located inner areas. Early on, researchers investigated (i.e., forests) an ecological perspective. However, most current phase focuses social aspects UGSs, characterized by such keywords as environmental justice accessibility. Furthermore, introduction geographic information systems (GIS) given new impetus evolution remained used technological advancement besides remote sensing techniques. importance, methods been employed, machine learning, big data media analysis, artificial intelligence, recently.

Park green space is a big part of public infrastructure in cities, and how to evaluate optimize the mismatch urban park (UPGS) has become focus current research academia industry. Taking China’s 286 cities as an example, this paper used spatial cluster Boston Consulting Group Matrix analyze aggregation laws changing modes UPGS from 2010 2020, introduced model matching its supply demand with GDP population, adopted Geodetector influencing factors. The findings: (1) evolution China had long been characterized by “pyramidal” pattern, i.e., limited > developing steady booming exhibiting characteristics gradient differences between coasts inland areas, blocks some areas. (2) mismatches were relatively stable, negative being main type, positive type. contribution similarly showed pattern gradual decrease coast (3) Five types factors played different driving roles on UPGS, social development remaining weak factor, strong factor switching construction land scale. interaction detection was dominated bilinear enhancement, super-interaction output value tertiary industry population urbanization rate education expenditure local general budgets. (4) Based for China, classified into four types, namely smart shrinking zone, growing status quo overlay policy differentiated proposals corresponding zoning put forward. This constructed application framework “evolution + match zoning” at large scale, which will effectively enhance effective allocation resources across country.

Urban green spaces (UGSs) provide recreational and cultural services to urban residents play an important role in mental health. This study uses big data mining techniques analyze 62 parks the Changsha–Zhuzhou–Xiangtan agglomeration (CZXUA) based on such as points of interest (POIs), areas (AOIs), user comments from popular social media platform Dianping. In addition, authors apply sentiment analysis using perceptual dictionaries combined with geographic information identify text emotions. A structural equation model (SEM) was constructed IBM SPSS AMOS 24.0 software investigate relationship between five external features, types services, nine landscape elements, four environmental factors, tourist The results show that UGS factors all have positive effects residents’ emotions, elements having greatest impact. other similar moods. various UGSs, natural vegetation water tend evoke emotions residents, while artificial roads, squares, buildings elicit more varied emotional responses. research provides science-based support for design management parks.

In recent years, there has been growing awareness about the roles and benefits of urban green spaces (UGSs), particularly in context mitigating negative effects climate change, which have become increasingly serious. Vietnam, government allocated considerable resources to development UGSs many cities. However, regarding implementation, UGS Vietnam faces challenges; cities find it difficult meet set criterion number per capita. This research was conducted Hue City, is known as one greenest Vietnam. The results show that are twenty-one City (with a total area 88.67 ha). These located primarily along Huong River around Imperial Citadel. under stipulations, current not considered sufficient proportion local population, will accommodate future growth population. We applied analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with participation residents, using six criteria map potential areas for planning. this, distance from existing residential locations most important criterion. suitability identified 684 hectares highly suitable UGSs. also proposes scenario planning based on retaining combined creating another 35 spaces, comprising 167 hectares. needs residents by 2030.
