هدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد مقياس للرفاهية الرقميَّة لدى طلبة جامعة الأزهر، وكذلك معرفة مستوى الرفاهيَّة لديهم، والكشف عمَّا إذا كانت هناك فروقٌ في ترجع النوع (ذكور ـــ إناث) العمر، الكلية (عمليَّة نظريَّة)، وعدد الساعات التي يقضيها الطالب على الإنترنت، وأُجري عينة مكونة من (1014) طالبًا وطالبة واستخدمت الباحثة إعدادها، وأسفرت النتائج عن صلاحية المقياس المُعد قِبل الحالية لقياس الأزهر؛ حیث تميز بقدر عالٍ الصدق والثبات؛ ممَّا یشیر إمكانية الوثوق به والاعتماد عليه كأداة الرفاهية الرقمية، وأشارت تمتع أفراد العينة بمستوى مرتفع الرقميَّة، كما أشارت عدم وجود فروقٍ ذات دلالةٍ إحصائيَّة والعمر الدرجة والأبعاد، أما بالنسبة لمتغير فقد تبين بأنه: لا تُوجد وبُعد الرضا الرقمي ووجود بُعد الكفاءة والأمن والسلامة لصالح العمليَّة، وبُعدي والرضا عدد الأمن الإنترنت (6 - 7) ساعات.

The excessive use of online games can disturb the psychological, physiological, and behavioral balance adolescents. This study aimed to identify factors contributing game addiction. On databases like Scopus (20 articles), ProQuest (113 SAGE (214 Springer (596 published within last five years, a systematic review was carried out using population, intervention, comparison, outcome, design (PICOS) framework. articles that were chosen employed empirical quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research on young people who addicted between 2018 2023. review's inclusion criteria met by 25 papers. Factors increase risk adolescents experiencing addiction, including adolescent consisting of, life satisfaction, duration smartphone use, parenting communication, parental support, income, friendship relationships school environment. Purpose: Digital addiction has become one of the types behavioral that started to affect all segments society starting from early childhood. In this context, it was deemed necessary adapt Child-Adolescent Addiction Scale (CADAS) determine digital levels school-age children Design & Methodology: Within scope adaptation, data were collected 305 students 4th 12th grades (Mage = 14.14, SD 2.40) for exploratory factor analysis (EFA), 301 13.36, 2.16) confirmatory (CFA) and 372 12.26, 1.55) criterion validity. Data face-to-face online voluntarily. Findings: EFA CFA used validity level scale. For validity, correlation obtained Game (r=.77) Social Media Adolescents (r=.74) examined. Cronbach alpha (.875) McDonald ω (.872) values calculated reliability addition, corrected item-total correlations scale ranged between .66 .85. Implications Suggestions: The findings study show CADAS is valid reliable Turkish culture.

This research explores students' perceptions of mobile game-based learning models in social studies instruction. A descriptive quantitative design was used, with a questionnaire survey given to 31 students experience models. Abstract Background: Multimodal approach of psychotherapy has been found to be effective for managing the excessive use technology. Yoga, a holistic mind–body therapy, observed useful adjuvant in substance disorders. Yoga is also known reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. The aim this study was examine whether yoga as an treatment better than alone reducing dysfunction severity due technology use. Methods: A two-arm randomized controlled prospective design followed with assessor blinding allocation concealment. Thirty consenting young adults (22 males), scoring above 36 on Internet Addiction Test, were randomly allocated either: Group = + or B alone. Both groups received 8 sessions 1 st month. In addition, additional 10 specific program (by trained professionals). After that, monthly booster (supervised performed direct one-on-one contact therapist) organized post-assessment conducted at 12 weeks. Each subject assessed using Test-Short Form, Gaming Disorder Scale-Short Smartphone Version, Kessler Psychological Distress Scale baseline after Results: As compared B, had significantly reduced ( F 5.61, P 0.02, η p 2 0.17), smartphone 4.76, 0.03, 0.15), psychological distress 7.71, 0.01, 0.22), weekday Z −2.0, 0.05, 0.15) along enhanced adherence retention. Objective: The aim of this study is to examine the Short Video Flow Scale (SVFS) and Addiction (SVAS) in terms validity reliability, adapt them Turkish culture.
