Abstract
Organizations
increasingly
implement
AI
for
career
development
to
enhance
efficiency.
However,
there
are
concerns
about
employees’
acceptance
of
and
the
literature
on
employee
is
still
in
its
infancy.
To
address
this
research
gap,
integrating
justice
theory,
we
investigate
effects

Abstract
Balanced
scorecard
(BSC)
is
widely
studied
and
practiced.
As
research
on
the
BSC
has
matured
since
its
introduction
in
1992,
it
timely
to
assess
progress

future
directions.
This
study
synthesizes
extant
presents
avenues

BSC.
To
accomplish
these
objectives,
we
undertake
a
review

bibliometric
systematic
methodology

of

BSC-related
studies.

perceptions
of
AI,
