The
Composite
Dietary
Antioxidant
Index
(CDAI),
a
composite
score
of
multiple
dietary
antioxidants
(including
vitamin
A,
C,
and
E,
selenium,
zinc,
carotenoids),
represents
an
individual's
comprehensive
antioxidant
intake
profile.
CDAI
was
developed
based
on
its
combined
effect
pro-inflammatory
markers
