Peach, apricot, chokeberry, blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, and wild strawberry fruits were used to create a polyphenolic preparation (PP) after enzyme-assisted extraction, ultrafiltration, concentration. The composition of PP was determined using LC-MS. Gelatin jellies produced with PP, as well liquid “digested” in an vitro model. entrapment the gelatin matrix delayed release total polyphenolics, flavonoids, flavanols, condensed tannins, anthocyanins (predominantly during “small intestinal” phase). entrapped jelly more effectively (p < 0.05) decreased activity acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase, cyclooxygenase-2 catalase (during However, no significant effects on superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, reductase activities observed. Background: Bisphenol A (BPA) is a known neurotoxic compound with potentially harmful effects on the nervous system. Cyanidin (CYN) has shown promise as neuroprotective agent. Objective: The current study aims to determine efficacy of CYN against BPA-induced neuropathology. Methods: In vitro experiments utilized PC12 cells were pre-treated gradient doses and further stimulated 10ng/ml BPA. DPPH radical scavenging activity, catalase total ROS nitric oxide activity done. vivo assessments employed doublecortin immunohistochemistry brain in BPA-exposed Sprague-Dawley rats. Further, silico molecular docking all proteins involved canonical Wnt signaling was performed using Autodock v4.2 tool BIOVIA Discovery Studio Visualizer. Results: IC50 values ascorbic acid determined dose-response curves, it found be 24.68 ± 0.563µg/ml 20.69 1.591µg/ml, respectively. BPA-stimulated pretreated showed comparable (p=0.0287). reactive species production by CYN-treated significantly decreased compared (p<0.0001). Moreover, inhibited BPA control vivo, positively affected immature neuron quantity, correlating dosage. During analysis, exhibited binding affinity > -7Kcal/mol key associated Wnt/β-catenin cascade. Conclusion: Conclusively, our finding suggests that counteracting BPAinduced oxidative stress, improving compromised neurogenesis hippocampal cortical regions, displaying notable interactions proteins. Thereby, could render its potential neuropathology

Blueberries are recognized worldwide as one of the most important healthy foods due to their anthocyanins, which have special antioxidant properties. They become a highly produced and valuable fruit crop. Most blueberry varieties rich in impart beautiful blue color; however, there currently several with different colors worldwide, these special-colored key analyzing coloring mechanism fruit. Fruit color could be seen an nutritional quality trait terms marketing. In this study, combination transcriptomic metabolomic analyses was performed on three representative (‘Pink Popcorn’, ‘Chandler’, ‘Black Pearl’) pink, blue, black fruits, respectively. The results showed that delphinium pigment is dominant anthocyanin, prerequisite for formation blueberries. We identified 18 candidate structural genes anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway were significantly up-regulated during stages ripening Pearl’ but not found expressed ‘Pink Popcorn’ after combining analysis results. non-expression VcANS gene may lead pink mature Popcorn’. phylogenetic tree, heatmap analysis, WGCNA transcription factor, VcMYBA, regulate differences between fruits blueberries by regulating expression level multiple pathway. These provide new insights into mechanisms accumulation coloration can help support production practices improve characteristics. among potential enhance properties characteristics through future genomic editing.
