Abstract Chronic pain dramatically affects life qualities of the sufferers. It has posed a heavy burden to both patients and health care system. However, current treatments for chronic are usually insufficient cause many unwanted side effects. Chemokine C–X–C motif ligand 13 (CXCL13), formerly recognized as B cell chemokine, binds with cognate receptor CXCR5, G-protein-coupled (GPCR), participate in immune recruitments modulations. Recent studies further demonstrated that CXCL13–CXCR5 signaling is implicated via promoting neuroimmune interaction neuroinflammation sensory In addition, some latest work also pointed out involvement pathogenesis certain neurological diseases, including ischemic stroke amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Therefore, we aim outline recent findings regard well focus on how this chemokine contributes these diseases regulating neuroinflammation. ABSTRACT Aim To compare and evaluate the differences between EGCG phosphatidylcholine‐encapsulated in terms of their anti‐inflammatory antioxidant capacities. Methods In this study, transdermal absorption experiments were conducted to capacity EGCG.
