The
rapid
development

Abstract
Time
is
central
to
many
debates
about
hybrid
work‐
the
impact
on
speed
and
productivity,
commute
times,
synchronisation
of
work.
However,
we
argue
that
time
often
over‐simplified
in
extant
work
literature
tends
ignore
temporal
concepts
capture
inherently
complex,
multi‐faceted,
subtle,
socially
embedded
nature
time.
To
address
this
issue,
conducted
studies
five
teams
across
two
large
organisations.
The
paper
contributes
current
research
by
(i)
illustrating
various

Abstract
The
purpose
