Abstract Time is central to many debates about hybrid work‐ the impact on speed and productivity, commute times, synchronisation of work. However, we argue that time often over‐simplified in extant work literature tends ignore temporal concepts capture inherently complex, multi‐faceted, subtle, socially embedded nature time. To address this issue, conducted studies five teams across two large organisations. Perusahaan perlu melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya secara efektif dan efisien agar dapat mencapai performa terbaik, manusia merupakan salah satu yang harus dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Stres Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Depok. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi, regresi linier berganda, asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parsial Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifkan terhadap sebesar Thitung - 3,505 > Ttable 1,661, signifikan 2,334 2,263 1,661. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) stres (X3) turnover intention (Y) Fhitung 20,127 dari F tabel 2.47 besarnya adalah 41%. Pernyataan kuesioner kesatu yaitu “Pimpinan saya selalu berusaha bertindak sesuai kewenangan mengambil Keputusan mengatasi permasalahan jangka Panjang/strategis” memiliki nilai validitas tinggi 0,846. Hal memengaruhi tingkat di Perusahaan. Organisasi mempertimbangkan fokus pada pengembangan sesuai, mengurangi melalui peningkatan kepercayaan stabilitas karyawan.

Abstract The purpose of the paper is to explore multi‐dimensional and intersecting nature proximity drive innovation performance. Este estudio analizó el perfil tecnológico y ético de estudiantes universitarios en Panamá. La muestra 367 reveló diversidad demográfica académica. mayoría combinaba trabajo estudio, prefiriendo smartphones para acceder a internet. Se observaron diferencias género la elección dispositivos. El uso herramientas tecnológicas fue frecuente, pero ética digital mostró competencia relativamente baja, especialmente atribuir fuentes. Abstract This study examines person/organization and person/supervisor fit of public administration professionals in the context hybrid work. A three‐phase was conducted among 411 Quebec. Results show that have declined over time, satisfaction with work played a role this decline. Person/organization affects intention to stay organization. These results importance for organizations take employees' needs, values expectations into account increase experience foster retention service employees post‐pandemic era.

Purpose This paper studies the impact that perceived proximity and employee voice have on affective well-being of employees working from home (WFH). Drawing Wilson et al .'s (2008) model in virtual work, we believe effectiveness use enterprise social network (ESN), communication workmate identification increase teleworkers.
