The
study
of
the
effects
aging
on
neural
activity
in
human
brain
has
attracted
considerable
attention
neurophysiological,
neuropsychiatric,
and
neurocognitive
research,
as
it
is
directly
linked
to
an
understanding
mechanisms
underlying
disruption
structures
functions
that
lead
age-related
pathological
disorders.
Electroencephalographic
(EEG)
signals
recorded
during
resting-state
conditions
have
been
widely
used
because
significant
advantage
non-invasive
signal
acquisition
with
higher
temporal
resolution.
These
advantages
include
capability

Abstract
The
development
of
neural
circuits
has
long-lasting
effects
on
brain
function,
yet
our
understanding
early
circuit
in
humans
remains
limited.
Here,
periodic
EEG
power
features
and
aperiodic
components
were
examined
from
longitudinal
EEGs
collected
592
healthy
2–44
month-old
infants,
revealing
age-dependent
nonlinear
changes
suggestive
distinct
milestones
maturation.

Abstract
Objectives
Responsive
neurostimulation
(RNS)
is
an
established
therapy
for
drug‐resistant
epilepsy
that
delivers
direct
electrical
brain
stimulation
in
response
to
detected
epileptiform
activity.
However,
