Although bacteriophage-based biosensors are promising tools for rapid, convenient, and sensitive detection of Staphylococcus aureus in food products, the effect using temperate phages as biorecognition elements to detect viable S. isolates remains unclear. In this study, three were isolated, their biological features (one-step growth, host range, pH stability, temperature adsorption rate) evaluated element. The selected phage SapYZUs8 was immobilized on Cu-MOF nanozyme via electrostatic interactions prepare SapYZUs8@Cu-MOF; its performance real (skim milk pork) evaluated. Pathogens and pests pose significant threats to global crop productivity plant immunity, necessitating urgent measures from researchers prevent pathogen contamination pest damage crops. A natural plant-based antibacterial agent, eugenol (EUG), has demonstrated excellent antimicrobial insect repellent capabilities, but the characteristics of volatilization poor dissolution limit practical application. The nanoization pesticide formulations holds promise in development highly effective pesticides for insecticidal purposes. Herein, a eugenol-loaded nano delivery system (EUG@CMC-PGMA-CS) was synthesized using glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as functional monomer connect carrier core structure carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) with shell chitosan (CS), EUG encapsulated within carrier. EUG@CMC-PGMA-CS leaf affinity, minimum contact angles (CAs) 37.83 70.52° on hydrophilic hydrophobic vegetable surfaces, respectively. Moreover, maximum liquid holding capacity (LHC) both surfaces demonstrates noteworthy 55.24% enhancement compared LHC pure EUG. vitro release curve exhibited an initial burst followed by stable sustained release.
