This study examines the dynamics of transition to green economies in relation energy poverty European countries. By employing augmented mean group (AMG) and fully modified ordinary least squares estimations (FMOLS), we find empirical evidence that indicates influence variables representing processes transitioning on poverty. To further elucidate these relationships, Granger causality analysis was conducted. The findings this research contribute ongoing discourse surrounding from perspective productivity. It is observed improvements productivity are associated with a reduction prevalence Additionally, noteworthy relationship identified between consumption energy, whereby an increase corresponds proportion within overall mix. Accordingly, it recommended public policies complement societies measures aimed at ensuring adequate provision for population.

This study aims to investigate the nexus between green growth, technological innovation, energy policy stringency, renewable energy, and carbon net-zero emission targets with a special emphasis on world's two largest pollution emitter economies, (i.e., United States China). For this reason, quarterly data all relevant variables were collected from 2012Q1–2020Q4. Because of its various benefits, including displaying causation patterns based shifting quantiles like technical environmental employed quantile autoregressive distributed lag (QARDL) method. Using Quantile-ARDL method, determined that error correction coefficient was strongly negatively correlated across quantiles. Green as well has significant negative effect long-term predictions dioxide emissions for both in China. Furthermore, causality test demonstrated bidirectional causal relationship among emissions, energy. Based these estimated findings, recomends suggestions achieve number Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract Today, when climate change and environmental degradation are experienced, sustainability comes to the fore. The most important component of is undoubtedly technology innovation. This study examines effects clean energy consumption, green innovation, technological diffusion on from 1990 2018 in selected European Union countries. relationship has been frequently examined literature within framework Kuznets curve (EKC) hypothesis. number studies examining it load capacity (LCC) hypothesis negligible. aims fill gap context LCC For this purpose, Westerlund's (2008) panel cointegration test was applied, determined model. Three different long‐term estimators, namely rCCE, DCCE, AMG, were used validity Although results obtained for entire say that not valid, evidence existence identified country‐based results. Accordingly, valid Denmark, France, Portugal, Spain. Overall, innovation essential encourage spread environmentally friendly practices leave a more livable world future generations.

The study investigates the relationship between technological innovation, clean energy, trade openness, and natural resource rents on environmental sustainability within BRICS + T nations. Motivated by urgent need to address escalating CO2 emissions—reaching 36.4 billion metric tons in 2022—the research aims understand how these factors influence emissions, ecological footprint, load capacity factor, its inverse, contributing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). uses panel data from countries spanning period 1990 2022. Employing advanced econometric techniques such as Dynamic Seemingly Unrelated Regression (DSUR), Cross-Sectionally Augmented Panel Unit Root (CUP-FM, CUP-BC), nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) models, tests Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis evaluates asymmetric effects of variables. Key findings indicate that innovation consistently reduces emissions footprints, reinforcing role promoting through cleaner technologies more efficient industrial processes. Clean energy adoption has also been shown be a significant driver reducing degradation, with consistent negative while improving factor. However, openness exhibits dual effect. While it enhances use efficiency, simultaneously increases likely due heightened activity. Natural display mixed results: some cases, they exacerbate others, contribute funding eco-friendly initiatives. recommends nations prioritize investments green technologies, strengthen regulations, enhance international collaboration accelerate transition renewable energy. Policymakers should balance benefits stricter standards mitigate adverse sustainability. These integrated strategies are essential for achieving targets outlined SDGs.

Natural resources, climate change, and sustainable development are critical simultaneously interrelated issues. This study investigates the interdependence between raw minerals material sea level rise, considering role of economic performance footprint employing wavelet locale multiple correlations from 1970 to 2019. The results provide strong evidence for cross-correlation change with mineral output, domestic consumption (biomass-fossil, metal, non-metal) localized at high frequency-time domain. However, outcomes weak association bivariate time series low frequency, which is a limitation in short term. Based on results, policymakers should implement effective environmental taxes invest cutting-edge technologies optimize clean energy resources manner.
