This study examines the impact of service motivation as a mediating variable for self-efficacy, competence and organizational commitment on performance State Civil Apparatus. A random sampling approach was used to randomly select 209 respondents. Questionnaires were collect data. SEM-PLS with structural equation modelling (SEM) data analysis. Service is most dominant in influencing performance. It recommended policy makers motivate Apparatus terms carrying out their work, having good health duties, more confidence, high integrity, being skilled tasks, able adapt colleagues well. Furthermore, it also necessary increase role competence, training, from organization, so that all supporting components improve can go hand progress organization.

Abstract Mental health issues are becoming increasingly common among college students, but not all students follow the same developmental trends of mental health. This study aims to identify trajectories depression, anxiety, and stress related factors for different trajectory classes. Purpose: Current interpersonal sensitivity among college students is easily linked to mood disorders such as anxiety, depression and other disorders. This study aims examine the mediating role of psychological capital its dimensions in relationship between depressive symptoms undergraduates. Methods: The cross-sectional survey was conducted by using cluster stratified random sampling method across six Chinese universities November December 2022. questionnaire consists Interpersonal Sensitivity sub-scale, Patient Health Questionnaire, Psychological Capital Questionnaire Socio-Demographic Feature Questionnaire. Results: A total 2580 respondents participated survey, with majority being females (69.73%) an average age 19.22± 1.28 years. Descriptive correlation analyses were performed SPSS v24.0, while direct indirect effects analyzed PROCESS v3.4 macro. findings revealed that had a significant effect on undergraduates (β =0.416, 95% Boot CI [0.380, 0.453], p < 0.001) Additionally, components found be negatively correlated (p 0.001). In the past, shift in career patterns and unprecedented disruptions caused by events such as COVID-19 have posed notable challenges for job seekers. In a competitive and demanding world, academic stress is of increasing concern to students. This systemic, adaptive, psychological process composed stressful stimuli, imbalance symptoms, coping strategies. The SISCO-II Academic Stress Inventory (SISCO-II-AS) psychometric instrument validated in Chile. It evaluates stressors, coping, both individually globally. For its practical interpretation, scale required. Therefore, this study aims descriptively analyze the SISCO-II-AS obtain corresponding scales. Employing non-experimental quantitative approach, we administered 1,049 second third-year students from three Chilean universities, with disproportionate gender representation 75.21% female 24.79% male participants. Through descriptive bivariate analysis, established norms based on percentiles. complete subscales, significant differences by sex were identified, magnitudes varying small moderate. full bar percentile are presented. Each subscale (stressors, physical reactions, social behavioural total reaction, coping) has score ranges defined for low, medium, high levels. ABSTRACT Creativity and entrepreneurship are fundamental to the personal professional development of new generations for social progress in general. The primary aim this study was analyze changes creative entrepreneurial self‐efficacy undergraduates as they through university, examine whether these trajectories influenced by gender. The aging population is increasing rapidly in the United States, yet there a shortage of health care workers to provide services and support for older adults, along with profession students expressing limited interest this field. Understanding factors influencing students' intention work adults crucial addressing workforce shortage. Using Theory Planned Behavior, study surveyed 244 at mid-sized public comprehensive university Southeast. Structural equation modeling showed good fit χ2 = 625.981, df 340, p < 0.001, CFI 0.918, RMSEA 0.059, SRMR 0.064, TLI 0.908. results indicated that attitudes subjective norms play critical roles shaping toward geriatric care. findings highlighted educational interventions should focus on improving while leveraging social influence enhance desirability careers. Objective: Self-efficacy is a psychological factor that plays crucial role in students' academic success. However, its measurement instruments need to be adapted the cultural characteristics and local population. This study aims adapt validate General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) within context of higher education Indonesia. Method: involved 748 third-semester students from various faculties at State University Surabaya. The adaptation process followed five stages proposed by Beaton et al. (2000), which include translation, synthesis, back expert committee review, pretesting. validation test was conducted using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Results: After successful process, scale demonstrated high reliability, ranging 0.760 0.801. CFA results showed Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) score 0.949, indicating data met requirements for analysis. Strong loadings (0.752–0.810) were observed each item, confirming their alignment with self-efficacy construct. Cross-cultural comparisons countries such as Germany, Spain, China further affirmed validity GSES Indonesian context, despite minor differences certain items. Novelty: Indonesia provides valid reliable tool, making this novel contribution field.
