Given
the
importance
of
postdoc
community,
it
is
essential
to
explore
their
engagement

labor
market.
Employment
departments
should
be
ideal
choice
for
postdocs,
but
this
not
always
case.
In
recent
years,
increasing
number
have
chosen

tower,
which
often
result
a
dynamic
integration
work
environment

cognition.
This
study
based
on
public
data
from
“Nature
2023
Postdoc
Survey”
empirically
analyzes
predictive
relationship
between
different
dimensions
environmental
perception
choices,
